Who we are

Back2Mine is a house music brand based in Dublin, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at info@back2minemusic.com.

What we collect

If you sign up to our newsletter, we collect only your full name and email address. Nothing else.

We do not ask for a postal address, a phone number or payment details, and we do not track you around the web.

Why we collect it

To send you emails about our events, ticket releases, party dates and new mixes. That is the only reason.

Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the sign-up form and click the link in our confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We use Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.) to store our mailing list and send our emails. Your name and email address are stored on Mailchimp's servers, which are in the United States. Mailchimp uses Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to protect data transferred outside the EU. You can read Mailchimp's privacy statement.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. If you unsubscribe, Mailchimp keeps a record of your email address so that we do not accidentally email you again.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
• Have anything wrong corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to how we use your data, or ask us to restrict it
• Complain to the Data Protection Commission

The fastest way to leave our list is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email we send. For anything else, email info@back2minemusic.com and we will respond within one month.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Our About section contains a Mixcloud player for our radio shows. It does not load until you click it. If you do click it, Mixcloud may set its own cookies, and their privacy policy applies from that point.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
